the location was good. the environment was pleasant.
I did not use the bar as i do not drink. i did not use the swimming pool as i do not know how to swim. It is a pity.

the resort welcomed me with beauty. lush gardens provided tranquil ambience. buggy drivers were ever gracious. room assistance team was thoughtful.
i found a small lizard behind tv. the cleaning person was informed of its presence.

unpleasant odor inadequate signage
I anticipated a really good stay. I must say I was a bit disappointed (especially considering the price). I had to request a different room due to an unpleasant odor from the initial bathroom. The signage throughout the resort was inadequate. It became quite challenging to navigate without a proper map of the premises. The absence of umbrellas near the pool was a letdown as well. The sunbeds were limited and difficult to get during peak hours.

seaside chalet friendly staff helpful staff dirty corners bad silicone nailed curtains
the rooms were upgraded to a seaside chalet. the location close to the beach was really nice. i had access to an amazing pool too. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the curtains in the room were nailed. there were dirty corners in the toilet and shower. some silicone joints were applied badly, which i noticed immediately.
